The heart of the functional layout of the house is the patio, which illuminates the rooms with daylight and strengthens contact with the surrounding nature. On the ground floor of the building, around the patio, there is a living area with a kitchen, a dining room, a small bathroom and a utility room, while on the first floor there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. To increase the comfort of the household members, part of the living room was designed as a high room, on two floors.
