Founders
Hubert Grebiennik-Malinowski
Architect / Co-Founder / CEO
Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Warsaw University of Technology, Co-founder of VAAV Design Studio. Gained experience in Poland and France, including 15 years as the founder and the CEO of ARCHIDEA Architecture Design Studio. Expert in consulting preservation offices for projects and passionate about environmentally friendly architecture that considers sustainability and the local context. Enjoys culinary and wine-themed travels as well as micro-expeditions. Proud father of two cats and a slightly obsessive collector of mid-century porcelain.
Natalia Brzeska
Architect / Co-Founder
Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, Co-founder of MBA Architects and its successor, VAAV design studio. She has built a strong foundation as an architect through her work in both Poland and Milan, contributing to luxury retail projects for globally recognized brands.
Combining technical expertise with a keen eye for design, art, and visual impact, she brings a refined, thoughtful approach to every project. She is deeply focused on understanding her clients' needs and delivering elegant, functional solutions at the highest level.
Grzegorz Markuszewski
Architect / Co-Founder / CEO
Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, author of numerous commercial space projects.
He successfully combines aesthetic and functional values that determine the quality of architecture. Co-founder of MBA Architects and its successor, VAAV design studio. In addition to numerous passions, he likes to carry out unusual tasks and overcome new challenges.
