PROJECT
The project places the greatest emphasis on integrating the facility into the surrounding nature - a seaside forest. Wood was proposed as the main material for the façade in the form of vertical lamellas, which are part of the newly built balconies and create a screen covering the existing façade.
This solution causes that each of the almost 100 hotel rooms has a balcony as a semi-private space that allows you to relax in contact with the stunning nature and gives the existing building a modern form.
