The Sumika restaurant was created by separating part of an existing hotel restaurant and has an area of less than 100 m².
The interior design is inspired by Japanese sushi bars, characterized by simplicity and minimalism, and natural materials that allow beautifully composed, colorful dishes to take center stage.

The restaurant offers 28 seats at tables and 8 seats at the bar, which is the heart of the establishment and where you can watch the sushi masters at work.
A striking feature is the decorative suspended ceiling made of paper, shaped like waves, which draws the eye of the diners to the raw, decorative plaster wall.
