This nearly 80 m² apartment features a large living area divided into two zones: a lounge and a dining area. The lounge area contains sofas, a TV, and an armchair, while the dining area has a table for four. A kitchenette and a separate toilet are located just off the entrance. The nearly 20 m² bedroom is connected to a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Two large double wardrobes provide storage space in the bedroom, and a desk and chair are located to the side by the window.
